Plants have cell wall, animals no cell wall.

Plants have chloroplasts (for photosynthesis), leucoplasts, chromoplasts and animals not.

Plants have large vacuole for water turgor pressure, animals small vacuole.

Both have cell membranes that are selectively permeable, both have nucleus with DNA, RNA, ribosomes, etc. for cell hereditary and protein synthesis.
Both undergo mitosis and meiosis for cell divisions.
Both have mitochondria for energy production.
