The algebraic method solves this trig inequality by creating a Sign Chart (Sign Table).
I can't help because I can't create the sign chart with this Socratic format. You may find the method in any trig book.

The fastest way is to graph the function
#F(x) = (tan x + 1)/(4sin^2 x - 3)# by graphing calculator.
The parts of the graph that are below the x-axis are the answers
inside interval #(0, 2pi)#.
