Increasing NOx emissions will cause global climate change and urban air pollution.

Explanation:

NOx emissions occur due to traffic, industrial processes and agricultural activities. NOx (NO2, NO3, N2O) are greenhouse gasses. Especially nitrous oxide (N2O) is dangerous in terms of its greenhouse potential (210 times stronger than CO2). Therefore, increasing NOx concentrations will lead acceleration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and cause global climate change.
