Using phenolphtalein, how can I identify if the unknown acid is HCl, H2SO4 or H3PO4? I can only use NaOH with the reactions. I know each above acid with NaOH would result in H2O and salt.

If the acid and its concentration are unknown, there is no way you can identify the acid using only NaOH and phenolphthalein.
They will all give the same pink colour when you neutralize them with NaOH.
