If #-5/13# is meant to be the angle (in radians) then use of a calculator or similar technology is the only way to reasonably evaluate:

If #(-5/13)# is meant to be the ratio of two sides of the associated triangle (e.g. if what is intended is something like #sin(theta)=(-5)/13#)
