All C-C, C=C, and C≡C bonds are nonpolar.
All C-H bonds have such a small polarity that they are considered as nonpolar.
That leaves only three bonds for consideration.
1. The C=O bond at the lower left corner.
2. The C-O wedged bond at the upper right.
3. The O-H bond at the upper right.
