If you are referring to the unknown elements we have yet to discover on the periodic table, then they do not affect anything.

For the elements not found in nature, humans must manually synthesize the elements by forcing the reactions to occur. When an element forms due to a forced existence, the element only exists for a few nanoseconds, just enough for the element to be considered real. The elements would not be found anywhere in nature and thus would have little effect on living or nonliving things.
