You first have to convert this to a `y=` problem

Step 1: move the `x`'s to the other side:
`2x+4y=-9->4y=-2x-9`
Step 2: Divide everything by 4 to get a clean `y`
`y=-1/2 x - 2 1/4`

Now you take two convenient `x`'s and plu them into the equation
(multiples of 4 seem handy here)

`x=0->y=-2 1/4-> (0,-2 1/4)`

`x=4->y=-2-2 1/4=-4 1/4->(4,-4 1/4)`

And then draw a line connecting these points
