You first need to look and see if there is a greatest common factor of the coefficients. We notice that 2 will factor into our expression.

#2(x^2-3xy+x)#

Now look to see if there is a common variable we can factor out. We notice that the variable x is present in each term of our expression.

#2x(x-3y+1)#

This is as far as the expression will factor giving you the solution of
