How do you simplify #(sqrt720)/y^9#?

Factor #720# to see if there are any factors that can be extracted from the radical:
#720 = (16)(9)(5) = (4^2)(3^2)(5)#
So
#sqrt(720) = 12 sqrt(5)#

There isn't much that can be done with the denominator (perhaps it was meant to be inside the square root?)

So the answer is
#sqrt(720)/(y^9) = (12 sqrt(5))/(y^9)# or #= 12 sqrt(5) y^(-9)#
