How do you graph `y>=-3x + 1`?

First you graph `y=-3x+1` like this:
graph{-3x+1 [-18.02, 18.03, -9, 9.01]}

Then since there is a `>=` sign, everything above the line, including the line itself is part of the answer.

So you can colour it or shade it, maybe in the same colour as the line itself (sorry I can't show you).
