x-intercept `=-1/2` means `(-1/2,0)` is a point on the line.
y-intercept `=2` means `(0,2)` is a point on the line.

The slope of the line is therefore
`(2-0)/(0-(-1/2)) = 4`

Using `(0,2)` as our point for the point-slope form we have
`(y-2) = 4(x-0)`

In slope-intercept form, that becomes
`y=4x + 2`
