How do you FOIL #(3x^2-6)(x^9-2)#?

FOIL is acronym for First, Outsiders, Insiders and Last terms of your binominals. The four "names" indicate all the steps towards developing the multiplication of your binomials:

F #3x^2*x^9=3x^11#
O #3x^2*(-2)=-6x^2#
I #(-6)*x^9=-6x^9#
L #(-6)*(-2)=12#

Now, you just add them

#3x^11-6x^9-6x^2+12#
