Basically you do it the way you see it...

Explanation:

First, you solve the 2+14 (denominator)..which equals 16. So you've got a fraction in the bracket which is 16/16..You can simplify this fraction and it'll become 1. Now you do Order of Operations, which is 20-1+5 and that equals 24...Tada! & that's how you do it! :-)
