To get an equation into this form, we should try to get y all alone.

From 3x-2y=-6
first, we can add 2y to both sides
and get 3x = 2y - 6
then, we can add 6 to both sides
and get 2y = 3x + 6
now we can divide everything by 2
to get => y= 3/2x + 3
which is now in slope intercept form :)
