It is a cubic IE.(it has 3 roots)

(x+1)(x-2)(x-3)

Explanation:

Lets define a cubic;

3 ROOTS-> alpha,beta,gamma

So we can say that a cubic is

(x-alpha)(x-beta)(x-gamma)

We are given ;
alpha=-1,beta=2,gamma=3

Finally substituting;

We get our cubic function to be
f(x)=(x+1)(x-2)(x-3)
