Decrease Temperature or Increase Volume
Explanation:
According to Gay-Lussac's Law, Temperature and Pressure are directly related. If you double the temperature, the pressure will double. Conversely, if you decrease the temperature to half it's original, the pressure will decrease to half it's original as well. (Temperature is in degrees Kelvin). P1/T1 = P2/T2
According to Boyle's Law, Volume and Pressure are inversely related. If you increase one, the other will go down proportionally.
