You can derive both 1st and 3rd law from the 2nd law.

Explanation:

1st law states that an object at rest will remain at rest or an object moving with a uniform velocity will continue to do so unless acted upon by an external force.

Now, mathematically 2nd law states F=ma.
If you put F=0 then automatically a=0 because m=0 has no meaning in classical mechanics.
So veloctiy will remain constant (which also includes zero).
