Explanation:

Each enzyme is structured specifically for a certain.The substrate (substance) being acted on locks itself into the enzymes active site.The reaction occurs,an enzyme/substrate complex is formed.If it is a breaker enzyme,the substrate will be broken down and released.If the enzyme was a builder enzyme,the substrate would be joined together.Upon completion of this reaction an enzyme will find other substrate to work on.Enzymes can be used over and over again as long their structures are not denatured.
