The equation for a circle with centre
#(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2 = r^2#
In our case:
#(x+2)^2+(y+3)^2 = 9#
Explanation:
A standard form for the equation of a circle of radius
#(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2 = r^2#
In our case
#(x-(-2))^2 + (y-(-3))^2 = 3^2#
or more simply:
#(x+2)^2+(y+3)^2=9#
