The simple answer is NO.

Explanation:

Ammonium chloride has no unpaired electrons. It would therefore display a weak diamagnetism, a repulsion from the magnetic field. This diamagnetism is orders of magnitude LESS than the paramagnetism of species with unpaired electrons, and orders of magnitude less than the magnetism associated with the ferromagnetism of free metals. Thus ammonium chloride is NOT a magnet.
