Try using Ozone treated borehole water.

Explanation:

Anyone will tell you that Borehole water is healthier then tap water. Its not just the chemical composition. There is something else that is imparted to ground water that differentiates its efficacy to tap water. Also rain water causes vegetation to grow faster then tap water. I suspect its ozone.
