Conditioning

Explanation:

This can be to our benefit or detriment depending on how and what we feed our conscious mind.

The subconscious mind can dream, plan, solve and execute activities without the knowledge by the conscious mind. It is not confined to the boundaries and limitations of the physical self.

It is possible however for the conscious mind to pick up patterns in behaviour and events and to trace this to the action of the subconscious mind. Most of the time the subconscious mind is way ahead of the conscious mind by days or years in its activities. Unless your conscious mind can pick up trends you will not be able to see a link and acknowledge the presence and dominance of the subconscious mind.

The outcome can be higher intelligence, creativity and more successful individuals. However incorrect training can yield the opposite effect.
