The pulmonic vein carry oxygenated blood.

Explanation:

The primary function of the arteries is to bring blood away from the heart like the pulmonary artery bringing blood from the heart to the lungs.

The primary function of the veins is to bring blood back to heart like the pulmonic vein from the lungs back to the heart.

The Pulmonary Artery carries deoxygenated blood from the heart to the lungs and when the Pulmonary Vein carries oxygenated blood from the lungs back to the heart.

Explanation:

Arteries carry blood away from the heart.
Veins carry blood toward the heart.

Arteries carry blood rich in oxygen, oxygenated.
Veins carry blood with carbon dioxide, deoxygenated.

The only time this is not the case is in the circulatory system is when the Pulmonary Artery (8) carries deoxygenated blood from the heart to the lungs and when the Pulmonary Vein (9) carries oxygenated blood from the lungs back to the heart.
