Explanation:

The total resistance for resistors in parallel is given by:
#1/R_1+1/R_2 +1/R_3.....=I/R_(Total)#

So for N resistors (of the same resistance,R) in parallel

#N(1/R)=1/R_(Total)#

so in this example

#N(1/3.6)=1/0.2#
#N=3.6/0.2=18#
