Are scientists currently building an infrared telescope designed to observe fusion reactions in the Sun’s core?

It is not possible to make a conventional telescope to see the inside core of Sun. The Gama rays produced at center takes thousand so years to reach the surface. On the way they change into infrared, visible light and UV rays.
Explanation:
Only neutrinos travel at speed of light to out side form Suns core..
So only neutrino telescope can tell what is happening at the core.
