Gamete producing organs are called GONAD s. These are testicles in males and ovaries in females.

Explanation:

When a human reaches sexual maturity the brain sends signals to start producing hormones that trigger the production of gametes. These gametes are produced in the testicles for men and are continuously produced for the rest of that mans life baring any damage to the testicles or any other issues. Women on the other hand are a little different.

Women are born with ovaries and all the eggs they will ever have in their life within those ovaries at birth. These eggs are immature and when a women reaches sexual maturity, the eggs will start moving towards the uterus during ovulation each month. This is why menstruation occurs.

To summarize, the men produce sperm in the testicles after sexual maturity is reached and women ovulate eggs out of the ovaries each month after sexual maturity is reached.
