No!!
Explanation:
Over 97% of scientists who are actually studying and publishing reports on climate change agree that warming is happening and humans are to blame. This is the same level of confidence as the link between cigarette smoking and lung cancer and other diseases.
The problem is that the America public has been subjected to disinformation campagins on climate change by vested interest groups (oil and gas lobbyists) and conservative politicians and so the public is somewhat divided in their views. See pic.
