It is favoured by
1.strong Nucleophile
2.Polar aprotic solvent
3. it is fastest on 1 degree carbon then 2 degree and almost nothing on 3 degree carbon
4.Sn2 shows inversion i.e. halide which is substituted if it is above the plane and we susbstituted any susbstituent in its place will go below the plane
