Not really. Black holes just exert gravity, and their gravity is just like anything else with the same mass.

Explanation:

Essentially what makes a black hole seem different is it's densely packed, but that density doesn't mean anything unless you get up close. A black hole can't pull you in from afar with any more force than other things having the same mass.
