See Explanation.

Explanation:

select any value you wish. Add 4 to it. The number you now have is the value of y

Suppose I chose the value of 3 as #x#. Then #3+4=7#

So when #x=3, y=7#

Ok! Lets pick another value for #x#. I chose#" " -10#

Add 4 and you get #-6 #

So when #x=-10, y= -6#

Mark your two point.

Put a rule and draw a line through the two points. Extend this line to the edge graph area.
