Yes. When a conductor obeys Ohm's law, the current-voltage curve is always going to pass through the origin and should be a straight line. In laboratory observations, there is however some experimental error and as such, the obtained i-V graph may not be perfectly straight but, the obtained curve should be nearly a straight line if not perfectly straight. In all cases, it must pass through the origin.
