The other missing endpoint is #(-11 3/4,15 1/2)#

One endpoint is given as #(3 3/4,1/2)# (i.e. #(15/4,1/2)#). Let the other missing endpoint be #(x,y)#

Hence their midpoint is #((15/4+x)/2,(1/2+y)/2)#.

But midpoint is given as #(-4.8)#

As such #(15/4+x)/2=-4# or #15/4+x=2xx-4=-8# or

#x=-8-15/4=-47/4=-11 3/4#

and #(1/2+y)/2=8# or #1/2+y=16# or #y=16-1/2=15 1/2#

Hence the other missing endpoint is #(-11 3/4,15 1/2)#
