A verb is reflective if it can be used in a sentence whose subject and object are the same.
Explanation:
A reflective verrb is a verb used in a sentence where subject and object are the same. It is visible by using reflective pronouns (myself, ourselves etc.).
For example in a sentence:
I washed myself before I went to bed.
verb to wash is used as a reflective one (subject and object of the action are the same - the speaker) while verb to go is not reflexive (it does not have an object).
