Generally the slope of a line is technically the rise over run of your graph. In this case it may be computed using this formula:

#m = (y_2 - y_1)/(x_2 - x_1)#

However since you have points that form a vertical line, then we know that the slope automatically is undefined. This may be observed by evaluating the formula above with the values of the coordinates of the two given points.

#m = (1 - (-1))/(10 - 10)#
#m = (1 + 1)/(10 - 10)#
#m = 2 / 0#

Hence the slope is undefined.
