If #m# represents mass of the block and #g# represents acceleration due to gravity, then weight of the body will be #w=mg#

The work done in raising the block to the top of the plane by applying force #mg# along the plane is given by #mgl# (assuming the plane is frictionless).When the block reaches at the top it will have both KE and PE.

As the block reaches at height h it will gain gravitational PE #=mgh#

Hence

#mgh+KE=mgl#

#=>KE=mg(l-h)#
