`2y''+18y=6tan3x`

There are two parts to the General Solution

`GS = CF + PI`

We find the the `CF` by looking at the solution of the homogeneous equation `2y''+18y=0` which is a second order DE with constant coefficients. The Auxiliary Equation is:

`2m^2+18=0`
`:. m^2=-9`
`:. m=+-3i`

So the `CF` is `y=Asin(3x)+ Bcos(3x)`

However the `PI` is much harder to find and the solution can be obtained here
