Solution is #x=0# and #y=-1#

We can use substitution method. From second equation #2x+y=-1#, we get #y=-1-2x#.

Now putting this in first equation #4x+3y=-3#, we get

#4x+3(-1-2x)=-3#

or #4x-3-6x=-3#

or #-2x=-3+3=0#

i.e. #x=0# and

hence #y=-1-2×0=-1#

Solution is #x=0# and #y=-1#
