First you can divide both of sides by -2 an then you can get the following four relations:

1) #w+5=8#;

2) #3y=-3#;

3) #x-z=2#;

4) #8=-x-4z#

Then

1) #w=3#

2) #y=-1#

By summing 3) and 4), you get:

#cancelx-zcancel(-x)-4z=2+8#

#-5z=10#

3) #z=-2#

4) #x=z+2=0#
