Then,

Writing the given questions in equation form:

x+y=30

or x=30-y (Subtracting y from both sides)

Again, From Question

10.95x +13.50y = 371.85

Putting the value of x as 30-y from above, we get

328.5-10.95y+13.50y = 371.85
Solving for y ,
we get
y=17
and
x=13
