Explanation:

Hydrogen itself do not have bonds.
But Hydrogen gas is formed by forming one covalent bond between two Hydrogen atom.
Hence Hydrogen atom can form co-valent bond.
This co-valent bond is formed by mutual sharing of single elctron from each H atom resulting in one bond, H--H.
