#F + H -> HF#

Explanation:

First find the products, this reaction is double replacement:

#KF + HCl -> color(red)(KCl + HF)#

Make sure they're balanced. Since they already are, we can continue to the next step: Total breaking up of all aqueous solutions into their own ions.

Checking the solubility rules will show that KF is aq, HCl is aq, and KCl is aq, but HF will be insoluble as an ion.

Only aqueous solutions can be divided.

Side note: I didn't want to confuse you with why there are exponents, they're simply the element's charge.

#K^1 + F^-1 + H^1 + Cl^-1# #-># #K^1 + Cl^-1 + HF#

Next, cross out any ions that appear on both sides. (Spectator ions)

#cancel(K^1) + F^-1 + H^1 + cancel(Cl^-1)# #-># #cancel(K^1) + cancel(Cl^-1) + HF#

The net ionic reaction would then be what's left over:

#F + H -> HF#
