Amphioxus is a cephalochordate that lacks a heart.

Explanation:

All true chordates like lamprey, fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals have heart.

Primitive chordates called cephalochordates do not have heart.
The best known example is Amphioxus or lancelet .
