Explanation:
Look for every possibility of placing the two nitro and methyl groups around the benzene ring. As you can see there are only six different ways of doing this. I have named each compound according to the IUPAC recommendation not to extend the name of toluene beyond the hydrocarbon itself and instead use the name methylbenzene for its derivatives.
