#y+4=(3/5)(x-4)# or #y+1=(3/5)(x-9)#

Use your points to find the slope:

#(-1-(-4))/(9-4)=3/5#

Now use one of the points of your choice and the slope you just found. I will start with (4,-4)

#y-(-4)=(3/5)(x-4)#

Simplify:

#y+4=(3/5)(x-4)#

You can also use (9,-1)

#y-(-1)=(3/5)(x-9)#

Simplify:

#y+1=(3/5)(x-9)#
