#-6x+18=0#

#x=(-18)/(-6)=3#

Substitute #x=3# in equation (4)

#3y=x-9#
#3y=3-9=-6#

#y=(-6)/3=-2#

Substitute #y=1/3x-3# in the first equation. We get -
