Why do larger instruments create lower frequencies than smaller instruments?

Frequency all depends upon vibration produced per second . for lets suppose you have a wire of mas 10 Kg and its length is 100 m the and its tension on it let 10 N The frequency produced in given by formula
nu=1/(2l)sqrt(T/m)
where ,
'm' is mass per unit length substituting the values we get 0.05Hz
which is pretty less but on the other hand if we use the wire of much lesser mass say 50gm and keeping all other parameters constant we get 0.77Hz which is comparatively much higher .
