In a normal Gaussian probability distribution you can't, BUT...

Explanation:

You can get as close to zero as you want, the further you get from the mean.

Besides, in practice the normal distribution is only an approximation of the real situation. And a very good one sometimes.

Example:
If you fill bags of sugar with #mu=1000g# and #sigma=10g# the probability of a negative weight is certainly #=0#, but not according to the equations you would use.
