Take a look at this phase diagram. This diagram explains what happens to sample of water when varying temperature or pressure.

Based upon your initial question, I think we will have to make a number of assumptions. By room temperature, I will assume you are departing from what is typically called, "standard temperature. Similarly, since you didn't indicate a starting pressure, I will assume that you are starting at 1 atmosphere. I would also say room temperature falls somewhat less than a third of the distance between zero and 100 degrees celsius, somewhere on the line between points B and C.
