For starters, Socratic has very efficient mechanisms put in place to prevent major crashes, so barring something really, really major, you should expect Socratic to be around all day, every day.
Now, in the unlikely event of a major crash, you can rest assured that the streaks will not be reset. So even if the site is down for multiple consecutive days, the streaks will be restored as soon as the site is back online.
